Parking was reconfigured and existing impervious was converted to green space; resulting in a 920 sf net reduction of impervious area.

Homewood Suites, S. Burlington

Ruggiano Engineering, Inc. provided site design, state and local permit application preparation and acquisition and construction oversight for this 89 room Homewood Suites Hilton Hotel on Dorset Street in South Burlington, Vermont. The site design included improved parking and the construction of vehicular and pedestrian connection to the adjoining University Mall property.
