Ruggiano Engineering performed a structural analysis of the former “OWLS CLUB’ Building on Maiden Lane in St. Albans. It was determined that the extent of damage to the structure was beyond repair. Upon demolition, Ruggiano Engineering assisted the owners with the redevelopment of the property including: site design and permitting for a new office building with reconfigured parking on site. Additionally, the owners and REI worked simultaneously with the St. Albans Free Library to include a new pedestrian facility and enhanced traffic flow and parking on Maiden Lane.
