Our firm provided site design, stormwater and utility design, State and local permitting, and construction review services from conception through construction for the new Handy Toyota Dealership, located at Exit 20 off Interstate 89 in St. Albans, Vermont. Obstacles related to this project included an odd-shaped site, as well as the presence of wetlands that further limited the developable area. We worked closely with the owner/developer and the Town of St. Albans staff, as well as the adjoining property owner, as the project required several waivers from the Town Regulations in order to work at this location.
