Ruggiano Engineering is in the process of obtaining the necessary local, state and federal permits for this Walmart development project in Derby, Vermont. REI will also provide complete site and civil design for this project. From initial site evaluation, to site plan, to infrastructure design, to state and federal permitting, to construction phase inspections, REI has been and will be involved in every step.
