Ruggiano Engineering completed site permitting and design for the redevelopment of the existing refueling station, convenience store, and a four-bay automatic car wash at the Wagon Wheel Truck Plaza off I-89, Exit 19 in St. Albans. The redevelopment also included eliminating the previously existing tractor trailer repair shop. The project included a combined stormwater collection and detention area with two neighboring properties, extension of municipal water and sewer services, improvements to the adjacent state highway, a new truck scale and replacement of underground storage tanks.
