Engineering for this project included site design of individual lots and all the infrastructure, including roads, wastewater disposal, water supply and stormwater management systems. Ruggiano Engineering assisted the client in obtaining multiple permits for upgrades to three separate community water supply systems at the site. Improvements range from the addition of stand-by chlorination units to permitting of a completely new bedrock source, treatment and storage systems, operating permits and future park expansion.
