Situated in the St. Albans Town designated growth center, the proposed Wal-Mart is located in a proposed planned unit development including future commercial and residential use. This project is currently in the permitting phase. In addition to obtaining many of the necessary local, state and federal permits, Ruggiano Engineering has performed a site design including a state-of-the-art stormwater system that exceeds all state and federal requirements.
