Keystone Place is a Planned Unit Development with a 2,500 square foot bank and a 40-space parking garage at ground level, and eight duplex housing units above, located in Plattsburgh, New York. Ruggiano Engineering completed the site design and application process. The project received all necessary approvals in the fall of 2008.
