Brookside Development is the largest planned residential development (150 units) in the Town of St. Albans to receive all necessary approvals. Site design by Ruggiano Engineering included siting the 18 buildings and design of roadway, sidewalks, parking, utility service connections, and stormwater system. Ruggiano Engineering also prepared all the permit applications for this project.
